2018 All Time Records added to the history books!

2018 was an exciting season, and the Commissioner’s Office is happy to announce the following outstanding performances have been added to the All Time Records page!

Player Records
Mark Reynolds (Cantrell Studs) clocks in at #5 in strikeouts with 226. This ties a previous mark set by Mark Reynolds when he was with Mount Diablo in 2010.

Jerry Blevins (Silicon Forest) makes the ERA list for Relievers at $5 with a 1.07 ERA in 2018.

Masahiro Tanaka (Houston Blue Lightning) earns the dubious distinction of placing 4th all time in Home Runs Allowed with 53 round trippers granted in 2018.

Team Records
The Three Time Reigning Champion Tokyo Doge set a number of team hitting records this year along their way to becoming the first three-peat champ:
Most Home Runs – 304 (#3 all time)
Most Runs Batted In – 970 (#3 all time)
Most Walks – 726 (#2 all time)

The Cooperstown Eagles hitters combined for 1,583 strikeouts, placing them #3 in the all time list.

On the Pitching side, a remarkable development as three teams entered the list for Most Home Runs allowed. Cooperstown Eagles now sit atop the all time ranks, giving up 293 homers. While the Englewood Mountaineers gave up 270 homers to place #3 all time. The Track Town Craft Brewers now clock in at #4 all time, giving up 260 homers in 2018.

The Wisconsin Wildcats set the all time mark for Blown Saves, as their bullpen gave let the game get out of hand 28 times.

And finally, the Rio Rancho Killer Yetis rang up 1,525 strikeouts to become the #5 team all time.
